LOL old rules 3 passes adios then nobody checked in lots of days of me just going yes x 3. It was like being the last one left on the island it wasn't helpful. swimming was great last night. I am getting the hang of my new job combo. Definitely breaks up my day and makes my day go by faster.3

Some pics from our walk alongside the Erie Canal (also known as the "Barge Canal" or "Clinton's Ditch") for any of you outside the U.S. The canal is now mostly used for recreational boat traffic as opposed to commercial transport. The canal path alongside is for pedestrian traffic or bicycles with much of it being paved. The occasional horse would be mounted police on a rare occasion. Make it a great day, everyone!

Good pace again today, but short walk and late because of work (again).
Daughter has two performances of the musical tomorrow and mother-in-law is coming to watch (I get along my all my relatives ).
Also FPV drone race competition tomorrow. Last one for the current season. Club has asked me to take a committee position. Still thinking on this.

22 miles there, 22 back plus time to see the sights along the way - should be a great day out.
Sooo, today, just gentle walking again. Spent the morning with my daughter, did some shopping for a hour, had lunch. Then took my girl for her walk, only 6 miles today, it was getting quite hot and she was being to slow down, bless her.

A beautiful, cool, sunny day. Lots of exercise - brought in bales of hay, cleaned stalls, raked, shaped raised beds, and planted most of our vegetable garden. We never used to be able to plant this early, but the ground is warm enough for many things and it doesn't look as if any frost will be wrecking our plans. Food and tracking good. Have a great weekend, all.3

Craig, it sounds like a crazy busy day at your house tomorrow. Also, very admirable that your FPV club has asked you to take a committee position. The members must think highly of your skills and leadership. The big question always remains as to if one is willing to assume the additional responsibility. Yes x3 but barely with calories. I’m starting to lose motivation to be in a deficit. I’ve made it to a healthy weight and am debating switching over to maintenance. My deficit is not big and I was originally planning to stick with it for the summer, aim to get a bit more lean, then up my calories in the fall to a slight surplus to start growing muscles and gain more strength. Maybe I’ll continue with my current calories for the rest of May and decide for June.5
