I live at the western edge of the Chicago metropolitan area. Our farm is bordered on the north by a residential development, but there is still farmland E/W/S of us. Yesterday, after a full day of rain, the clouds parted before sunset and a foggy mist began to rise. It was so beautiful!

Went climbing this morning for 2,000. That ain't bad for my age group.
Seen a bear. Tried to get a picture but he (maybe she) was trying everything to get away.
Bad luck to crowd a bear that is trying to get away, I say.
Last day of school. No more lunch with my little Buddy.
His mom likes me. I probably get to see him in the summer.
I forgot to turn off my tracker watch before I got in my car on the way out.
So I got a PR that shows me going 50 miles per hour.
I know you guys don't figure that for plausible.
But I bet you would believe me if I told you I was having fun.
I am going camping on Friday for a few days.
Wife is going with me.
She is ok with camping but really more the bed and breakfast type.
We usually have pretty good diet while camping.
Gotta cook marshmallows though. You know how that goes.
I ought to put a picture. Can't think of what. Something from last years camping since I got nothing for this year. I know. A bear. That's about the distance I like to see bears at.
(I wouldn't mind seeing a picture of a swan)

In that tree, you can't see very well the picture quality is terrible, but there is actually a mother woodpecker feeding her young. You can hear the babies chirping as you pass by.

No, over. Too busy of a day & I don’t get to eat until 10:15 tomorrow. I LEARNED a lot. I won’t be letting myself get that busy with such frenetic pace.
I’ve been successful because I keep things relaxed and then can monitor my behavior. Must Remember This.
