Well I braved the scales after avoiding them post holiday last week, and I was pleasantly surprised to see just 1.25lb on. I did eat and drink a copious amount, but to offset that I also swam every day, walked tens of thousand steps a day and managed a couple of gym sessions too, so I'm really pleased to see it wasn't as bad as I feared it could have been!

Was much more consistent with logging and exercising this week. My next goal is to be at 154 (or as close to it as I can) by June 4. My sister-in-law is getting married on June 9, so I'm hoping to be in a smaller size dress! I can do this - just gotta stay focused!3 -

Had a bit of bingey week, eating around maintenance most of the week, should have a better weekend as I'll be hiking, walking, camping and driving so won't be able to crazy with the fridge. PMT is the culprit, month has flown over and didn't realise it was due so wasn't able to fight off the cravings in the usual way by planning for them.2 -

I gained 3.4lbs. Not bad considering I spent 8 days on vacation drinking and eating without counting calories or anything. I did do a lot of walking and climbing so I'm thinking that counted.3 -
