Right now my goal is to track my calories and macros 5 days or more every week. I want to stick to my calorie goals and try to stick to my macros, but I think I am going to simply focus on calories first. If you don't see me tracking--please, call me out!0

I try to track daily. Finding that I eat way more protein then carbs. Trying to fix that but carbs scare me1

My goal is to track my intake consistently until the end of the Selfie Team 6 challenge. I would also like to be at or under my calorie goal (1500) for at least 5 days a week.1

I want to track exactly what I eat each day this week. I “forget” to track it if I know it’s unhealthy!1

I can work out 5-6 times a week but I’m super slack when it comes to nutrition, I don’t have a goal weight, I really just need to focus on nutrition and start making changes as necessary.1
