Healthy Habits, Women of ISI

This group is to give the women of ISI meal tracking accountability. Simply log in and track your food!

We will check in every week on Sunday to see who you did that week. For check-ins you can write as little or as much as you'd like, but you must include if you met your goal for the week.

Also, please make sure your diary is visible to others. You can make it public or only share with MFP friends in settings>Diary. This will increase accountability for everyone. If you have it set to share with friends, make sure to add us.
