How did you do tracking last week? Did you meet your goals?

My week started off well, but I only tracked half a day on Friday and didn’t this weekend. I am noticing two things
1-once I make a bad choice I stop for the day
2-on nights my hubby isn’t around for dinner I end up mindlessly snacking while I feed the kids and then eating dinner when they are in bed.
My goal this week is to track 5 of the 7 days, even if I blow it.0
