What are your food tracking goals? Share with the group so we can all encourage you to meet them (or gently call you out if that's needed)

    Right now my goal is to track my calories and macros 5 days or more every week. I want to stick to my calorie goals and try to stick to my macros, but I think I am going to simply focus on calories first. If you don't see me tracking--please, call me out!

    I try to track daily. Finding that I eat way more protein then carbs. Trying to fix that but carbs scare me

    My goal is to track my intake consistently until the end of the Selfie Team 6 challenge. I would also like to be at or under my calorie goal (1500) for at least 5 days a week.

    I want to track exactly what I eat each day this week. I “forget” to track it if I know it’s unhealthy!

    I can work out 5-6 times a week but I’m super slack when it comes to nutrition, I don’t have a goal weight, I really just need to focus on nutrition and start making changes as necessary.
