Shocked I've lost this week cos I've been up to my mum's for the Bank Holiday and she likes to feed us all up! Formal exercise limited this week but I've made sure i've reached at least 10,000 steps per day so MFP doesn't take kcals off me (set up for negative adjustment), even if it's involved an evening walk round the block.
SW 68.4kg / 151lbs (11 April 18)

GW 60kg / 132lbs by beginning Sept 2018
Now at a healthy BMI for my height 1.61m/ 5ft 3.5" and almost at my pre-pregnancy weight over 5 years ago! So very happy.

@AgileK9 Slow going is better than no going, it's always pretty slow for the last 10-15lbs. Have you recently started increasing the amount or intensity of your exercise?0 -

Was still being consistent with logging this week, despite life stressors. My next goal of being at 154 by June 4, probably won't quite happen. My sister-in-law is getting married on June 9, so I was hoping to be in a smaller size dress. But even if I'm not in another smaller size, I'm still down 3 sizes from Feb. 2017!3 -

115 days of MFP and I've made it to 20 lbs lost!!!
I was going to eat at maintenance for a bit when I hit 20 lbs but, instead I have just been eating at maintenance on days when I'm feeling extra hungry.
Couple things I've noticed since losing weight:
•when I wear a skirt, although my thighs still touch - the "chub rub" does not cause burning or chafing anymore!!
•I get full faster and can eat smaller portions and be satisfied. There have been a few times I didn't notice right away I was getting full and kept eating (habit I guess) so I'm trying to pay more attention to that.
