Most members come to this site at the end of their day. In that case, today's lap toward the Winner's Circle is done and tomorrow is the Last Lap!!

Well yesterday I went for my massage therapy. She said I would feel like someone beat the daylights out of me as she had a rough time getting my body to cooperate. My body just needs to give a little. My mind is all in my body is fighting me all the way. Time to get moving we have a meeting today.4

Work day again today. Wife seemed a little better again today. Hopefully she will be near 100% by the time I get home.
Plenty of walking as the nearest restaurant district is about 1.5km from the Hotel. I take the long way round .

Our small village has but one stop light in the center of town. There is also a village woodland trail which follows the creek bed where small local mills were once water powered by dams/water wheels/mill races. The village at one time, minimally, had a roller mill, flour mill and woolen mill. The flour mill is our present day Town Hall, and the roller mill is now a restaurant and art gallery. The woolen mill is long since gone. Collage below is from our morning walk today along the woodland trail.

I am all out of whack with my tracking.
Got back from camping.
Wife and I are both down a couple of pounds.
Sometimes I talk about food box method for tracking.
I think that is like what people say when they pre-log their cals.
So my food box is kind of tracking but I really can't say concise for quantitative.
But camping my fitness tracker gives me a lot of steps even on not hiking days.
So that is all the back and forth of camping. The bathroom is like 150 yards down the road. I guess that adds up. Walk to the lake, that is some steps.
Rode my bike up and down this road a couple of times.
On Tues after Memorial Day I had the place to myself.

Walked the dogs at 3am before hitting the road to Mesa, AZ at 4am. Had a great day playing chicken foot dominoes with new friends.2 -
