One great thing about the UAC group is that many of the team members enjoy being very social (I do!). Please feel free to share about you, your style of exercises; your struggles; whatever you reasonably care to share.

Some UAC team members are much more private. If you prefer just to report in with the basics and if that is what helps you to accomplish your goals...you have our respect.

Exercised?: Yes. 3km in 24mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes

Racing quads again today. One came to grief and spent the evening fixing it (bent motor, smashed camera, only about $80 damage overall, not bad for hitting a metal post at over 50mph).
Well under on food today. Will need to try not be as short tomorrow.
I'd like to re-enforce what @RangerRickL. said. Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
I like to read what others are doing here and help out if they are struggling. I learned a lot when losing weight and am happy to share what I have learned. What I did worked (and is still working) for me. I see no reason it cannot work for others.
I lost 50 lbs (25kg) in about 5-6 months. Borderline obese to lower middle of normal. No cost, No gym, no fad diet, no supplements. Just tracking and daily activity (mainly walking and bodyweight exercises that can be done easily in a cramped hotel room if needed).13 -

I have already completed gardening and house cleaning and will be working on my feet for 8 hours

Exercise: yes! 25 min treadmill
Calories: Yes! But ...Way! Way to low... already 6pm and I haven't eaten more than 800 calories today. I actually felt really full with my water goal and my raw challenge for today was hard and tiring. My sister brought home chocolate cake and I had a bite so still failed, but idk how other people do it. (Give me tips if you do!) Would I do it again? tbh. not everyday but its something I am willing to try once a week as maybe a cleanser day (similar to a fast?). But ya.

I have a large practice tomorrow morning, so I will probably end up eating more. But, I am trying to get my protein intake up and I live in a mostly vegetarian environment (but I eat nonveg). So if there is anyone who can give me tips on eating high protein that is not meat and less salt. hmu!

June 2...Exercised Oh yeah! My job keeps me from doing my Spring until about now. I completely decluttered and cleaned our mudroom out, to the point that I am getting ready to lay a new rug down!! One room down, several to go, but this challenge gave me the idea to also declutter my house and get it squeaky clean!...Calories, yes, but way under, due to not wanting to stop cleaning, but I'll pay more attention to that... Tracked... Yes!!
On another note, thank you to the creator of this challenge. This is something that I need right now!9 -

I Exercise for 20 minutes running around with my nieces and believe me my nieces are cray they go all over the place so I had to run after them all day.

@craigo3154 ...that is an impressive weight loss in a short amount of time. How did you do it?
@moosemoose123 .... raw diet as in not cooking anything or raw diet as in nothing processed? If it’s the later, I can probably help.

@JustMeNoExcuses .... I have been rearranging all the furniture in the house (it’s all solid wood pieces) as I wanted more weight to work with but can’t afford to buy new weights just now. Instead of planning it, I have been moving and playing with the pieces. Most of the rooms I have hated the change so moved it all back. It’s been a great workout!
Exercise? Yes... 2 mike walk on the river front, the I took my two youngest teenage sons to the park. One is a kicker for his high school football team so we kicked the ball, played catch, and then (as always) it turned into a full contact monkey in the middle game. We ran A LOT! Then I tackled the master bedroom and rearranged that room and the hall. I think I like it7 -

Beautiful sunny day here in Florida. Spent most of it on the boat soaking up some vitamin D. Had a great workout afterwards. Kept to my plan.

Drove back from Arizona today so a long time in the car. Pups did great and we had a short walk this evening to keep me from having a pass day already!
Still no phone but I did get a computer, the first one I have had since leaving work in the UK (9yrs ago). It's all changed!!!!

I made a delicious keto sausage gravy for my scrambled eggs and divvied up portions to make sure it was calorie controlled. I know a lot of people don't count calories on keto and stick to macros/net carb counting, but I've found that I just can't eat unlimited calories like some of the other keto-ers (but I've adjusted my calorie intake and macros accordingly), so I'm trying to be better about logging food to better understand carb content and also stay within a reasonable number of calories (which can get away from you when you're eating lots of meats and fats).
I also woke up with horrible back cramps at about 4:00am this morning and it's been ongoing every couple of days (or sometimes weeks in between) for the past few months. I didn't feel like going to day but I'm glad I did because moving around loosened me up, and we have a show to prep for.3 -

Food: Logged - I was under by too much today but woke late, very unusual for me. Having MS, sometimes sleeping is a guilty pleasure since in dreams, I have no limitations. I hardly ever sleep late so thankfully today was just unusual.
Tracking: Without a doubt. I learned this is the only way to keep an accurate accountability. (at least for me)
