Hi everyone!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! I ran for 20 minutes at 6.0 on the treadmill, did 2 sets/12 reps per set of 90 pound squats, 2 sets/12 reps of 10 pound shoulder raises, and 2 sets/12 reps of 40 pound rows.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I was 4 calories under budget.
