I love to take photos as I travel around. Since I am participating in tax and financial conferences this week, my environment is hotels. Here is the lovely flower arrangement in the lobby of the historic St Paul Hotel in St Paul, MN.

The flowers are lovely! I was in St Paul a couple years ago .... a business trip with my husband. There is a lake ... I need to research the name. It’s a beautiful walk/loop approx 2mile around the lake and surrounded by the older homes with the big beautiful windows facing the lake.

Bust work day. Also changed hotels so nearer interstate office.

@RangerRickL. I am also on the road, but in places more modern and functional than as picturesque as your surrounds.5 -
Date: June 5th
Exercised?: Did a full body exercise routine at home using kettlebells, dumbells and bodyweight exercises. Was really a muay thai session today but my motivation was down the drains.
Calories?: Really lazy food day, a ton of nuggets with dip, the rest of my chocolate bar and then i just drank yoghurth straight from the carton. But was under my goal so i got that going for me atleast.
Tracked?: tracked all my food
I have some days when i just say have 0 motivation to do anything at all, this was one of those days. The good thing about having made something a routine is that you dont have to have motivation it simply just comes naturally to meet your nutrition goals and move a bit, like brushing your teeth. My day was literally just watching tv eating and doing the workout routine(i was free from work today)8 -

Wet day here today. I missed my walk, but manage to do some other form of exercise. That is what I like about this UAC.6 -

Nice to see some new faces here at the UAC - I wish everyone a great month ahead.
Exercise today comprised of a morning run (35mins), a doggie walk (90mins) and a bike ride this evening after work.
My calories are over my limit today (1590), not very good food choices but still have plenty of calories spare from exercise - I don't like to eat these back if it can be helped.
Went to feed the birds again today and I'm happy to report that the swans have finally had their babies! She's been nesting for ages and although they were too far away to get a good photo of them, I could make out 6 cygnets.
I'm sure when they are a little bigger she will bring them closer to land and I'll take some piccies for you, but for now she's keeping her distance.
There are also some new goslings and nestlings (baby coots), they are very young, still being feed by the mothers. It's been a lovely evening watching them all.9 -

Exercise - Yes. More walking than I planned (around 4 miles) but didn’t make it to the gym, so I’ll have to do my weight lifting workout tomorrow.

Before the UAC (June) I was routinely snacking after dinner. I tracked my meals then stopped counting calories after that. (As if those night time calories didn’t go to my hips & thighs) This week I’m planning, measuring, and tracking everything I eat and drink. Looking forward to dropping a pounds and establishing better eating habits.6 -

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES even the chocolate!
I am enjoying this challenge .... it is getting me back on track with my super pedantic logging and I am much more mindful about moving everyday5 -

Exercise? Yes...1 hour walking and another 1.5 hours cleaning the basement. Can't tell you how many miles of spider webs got vacuumed up. I don't like basements...and I'm tired!
Calories? Right on with 0 calories left. Being in maintenance, I make every attempt to minimize deficit as I am at the low end of BMI for my height.

Calories - Yes: I'm a few calories under my limit. I like to eat exercise calories back, it has worked for me in the past and is much more fun, but to each their own. 4/5

Yes x3 today (and yesterday too. Fell asleep before checking in!). A few short walks and strength training. Started a new workout program and I’m excited about it.2

Yes x 3, I biked w dog before work, then walked him after work. I wish driving counted as exercise, because I spend hours on the road every day. I'd like to figure out something physical to do on the road, or at least between house calls, so I can stay in shape. Get sluggish from all the driving, and just want to lay around afterwards.3 -
Today was a carb glutonous day of a June 5th.
I accepted a job offer and had a day off from strength core.

Even though, I am traveling this week, I have done well. I’ve been under calories and taken the time to get outside the building and go for a brisk revitalizing walk. Tracking was fine too.2
