1150 PM and i have finally been able to sit .
I did a double shift today so from 7 am to 11 lm I worked.
I did over 10000 steps so I have decoded to call it a good day.
Definitely under calories as ai ate protein bars mostly ( my bad)

PASS - CAMPING WEEKEND!
Exercise: Yes - 10 minutes of walking + 10 minutes loading/unloading the car for camping.
Calories: Over - Did well all day but then went over by a few hundred when the booze started flowing and friends starting passing around food.
