Exercised?: Yes. Over 10,000 steps, at least half of which was carrying both backpack and weeks travelling provisions.

Flew home tonight. Airline stuff up and no GF meal on the evening flight. My wife cooked me a dinner when I got home. Also house full of teenage girls when I got home.
Looking forward to flying tomorrow while my wife, daughter and my daughters friends are at a comic convention. Also now have all the components to build another racing quad (which I will try do tomorrow night).

Just home from work and already I'm over my step goal
I have a lot of calories left even after my menu planning for the day and a glass of wine

Exercise: winter challenge was an outdoor series of stations at gym. Tough but really good for the doms that killed me yesterday
Calories: within goal even with the treats at the movies (Solo with Dad, niece and her mom)

Tomorrow is a new event in town called fitfam master class. Yoga, pilates, self defense (run by my Jiu Jitsu coach) and zumba, with smoothie bar open between classes. Should be fun although I may skip the zumba, depending on how my ankle copes!
One week until we go away for my early birthday celebration with my friends and the kids (who I adopted as my nieces and nephew).5 -

Exercise? Yes...not the gym variety or outdoor walks, though. Finished painting the basement wall. Touched up the basement floor, scraped the garage doors to prepare them for paint, vacuumed the cars. Hubby spent the day leveling pavers, so I guess it was a household chores day!

Today I am feeling really good, as I had stopped tracking properly in April/May and now I feel I am finally getting back on track. If I can keep this up and keep pushing myself daily for the rest of the month I think my good habits will surely be returned!!3 -

I'm sick today, so way under on calories. Didn't want to exercise, and wouldn't have, but the dog demanded his walk and frisbee, so I go my 20 minutes in. He saved me from a pass day ;-)3 -

Tomorrow is my mother in laws 75th surprise party. Today I cleaned the church, prepared food for 100 people, moved tables, chairs, decorated, and went grocery shopping. Tomorrow will finish it up and then spend two hours feeding everyone and then clean up. No worries on calories as I’m allergic to everything but the fresh produce.2 -

1150 PM and i have finally been able to sit .
I did a double shift today so from 7 am to 11 lm I worked.
I did over 10000 steps so I have decoded to call it a good day.
Definitely under calories as ai ate protein bars mostly ( my bad)
