18.4 lbs gone in 2 months.
I don’t see the difference in the mirror when I look at myself but I do see some in the photos. Which is a great motivator to keep going regardless how stubborn the scale can be sometimes.

    That's great! Make sure to update us after the NEXT 18 pounds!!! I found it slowed down after the first two months, but my SIZE kept shrinking even during the months I only lost a pound or two.

    Awesome progress!!! I am the exact same way...I actually have a very distorted self image in mirrors, but not with photos!
