I am not in the winner's circle this month. I told them at work and it spread like wild fire. They were guessing my meals. I told them I didn't log my food vacation week very well. They laughed even harder. So when they guessed what I ate last week they all laughed and said this week is chili. Okay so I am very compulsive when it comes to food.

Oh, I just remembered that I was unable to post my results for yesterday.
Yesterday was my first day of being healthy enough to workout with my trainer, Emily. I'm down about 25% in my strength and cardio. This is pretty normal after one of my asthma incidents. Last week, I began to add speed to my walking, so it's great to be well enough to add strength back into my exercise pattern.
Calories: significantly under my limit

We have a very large black bear in the neighborhood! I guess I will be walking in doors till I know the coast is clear or there's not a whole herd of them.
All my coworkers were calling to say where are you? A very large black bear has been spotted near your house!! I can thank the dog for being a cry baby and refusing to go out to pee. LOL

Guess the bears are making a comeback. Schools in the area avoided any outdoor PE or recess activities for safety reasons.5 -

I am kind of depressed. I shouldn't put that on a support blog. What kind of support or encouragement is that?
I put pictures on here sometimes of the beauty places I go for exercise.
My favorite place in the world is on fire right now. It is burning to unrecognizable.
I got a cool new rent bike to ride for tomorrow but I just ain't feeling it.
I probably Go to my usual canyon digs and chug up that hill.
They closing that on friday. They don't want sparks from my mountain bike setting it on fire I guess.
Ugh, go to the gym. Sit on a spin bike. Watch the big screen with politics on it.
Alcohol is bad diet and bad spirit.
Maybe Buddy will come over and cheer me up.
That little guy has a good perspective.

Buddy might just be a source of inspiration for you with the spark in his eye. Thinking of attending a charity baseball game on Saturday for challenged youth in our area. We can all reacquaint ourselves with a new positive perspective when we see the joy that radiates from children's smiling faces.2 -

I have had one of the best days I’ve had in the past couple of months. Started with a 3 mile dog walk, took a HIIT class and ended with a 3 mile mall walk.
Let me share the scenario around the HIIT class, it’s a bit of an NSV..... I took it because it fitted in my schedule, I’ve never done one before and I want to not only pay for my gym membership but use it too
I was so nervous about going in on my own but I wasn’t the oldest and I wasn’t the biggest.... What I was however, is THE most uncoordinated person in the building. I was so pleased with myself, I kept up, I had breath left, I smiled 98% of the time because I was enjoying myself. Did I go left when they went right, sure...right when they went left, of course, but I also had a couple of ladies come up to me at the end of the class and say well done and to ‘come back’!
