that looks good. what's the goal for fat's and carb percentage for keto? I cant figure out how much I should or shouldn't be eating.1

I like to prepare for lunch an omelette that consists of two eggs, a can of tuna in water or olive oil, and avocado and dijon mustard with sesame seeds. It's easy to cook since you only need to mix everything and the oil from the tuna can can be used to cook it, plus it contains many calories. For carbs between 30-50g a day (correct me if I'm wrong), not sure yet for fats, I prefer to focus on the total daily calories and to not surpass 4g of sugar a day.1 -
