My hands get really sweaty when Im practicing ambitious tricks. Any tips for this? Ive never tried a grip aid, anyone have suggestions of a good one that will stop my hands sweating so much?

I use two as I was unable to do any real inverted moves because my palms were so sweaty.

I use Tite Grip Anti Perspirant which is a liquid that dries on your hands, kind of like a thick foundation, and then when that's dried I use Mighty Grip powder.

Only need to apply once each pole session which shows how good the stuff is considering how clammy my hands are normally!

    Thanks for the suggestion, Lori!

Ya, its the inverted moves that my hands start sweating. It sucks cuz Ive been getting into trying more difficult tricks, but then am only able to try them a couple times cuz after each attempt my hands just get sweatier.

Do stores sell Tite Grip and the Mighty Grip powder, or do I have to order them offline?

I use dry hands, but only when I absolutely because I want to build up the strength in my hands. But its really good for when I'm first learning a move and am nervous/sweating

I have the same problem. Weird as it seems, the best thing I tried was to dry my hands with paper towels (if they can clean grass, they’ll dry any sweaty hand!) and that’s it. I have to use it many times during the classes, when training new moves, but it sure helps!

I am always so sweatttttyyy!! I usually do Dry Hands for the hands (and sometimes the feet for Cupid and such) and iTac2 for legs (knee-pit and inner thigh).

I've been using Girly Grip lately. It works well and doesn't give me as many blisters as Dry Hands. iTac2 stuck me to a toilet seat once.
