    Crossed the bridge yet again. Stopped to video the 15min projection on the Opera house from a good vantage point. Pretty.

    Eating out GF while travelling I am struggling to meet daily budget. Most days I am well under.

    I read "Eating out GF" and i thought you were talking about something completely diffrent :D I was like... Wtf dude, oversharing much :p

    June 14

    Exercised? Worked for 15 hours straight today and im at 14000 steps and i still need to walk my dog when i get home. Missed my training becouse i had to work extra when a colleague called in sick at the last second... Going to do some active stretching when i get home since i still have a problem performing high kicks.

    Calories: havent put in anything i have done today and i still got over 500 left.

    Tracked? Tracked all my calories, we will see if i take a hard cider when i get home but then i still have calories to spare.

    Exercise? Yes...30 minutes AM walk and 30 minutes PM walk
    Calories? Yes...with some to spare, but I should use them up as I shouldn't be losing any more weight.
    Tracked? Yes, it's all logged.

    I find juggling calories and exercise to maintain just as difficult or more difficult than losing because one can have neither a deficit nor excess. I haven't found the perfect place to be...as it seems to change daily. I guess I just need to be mindful of both (exercise and calories) all the time.

    Today was moving day at work. The elevator is so slow.. I took the stairs and hit a new record of 37 flights in one day. So sore and tired.

    A really long day today. Twice per month, I present to the public on a Thursday evening.
    I survived!
    My report:
    Exercise: 60 minutes of walking and active stretches
    Tracking: ok
    Calories: under by enough

    Calories: within budget - under again but made sure to eat more as I've had no energy lately
    Tracked: Yes.

    MS and the Florida heat is especially challenging and today I'm wondering if not getting enough calories is taking a toll on my energy. Hoping to have more energy/strength tomorrow.
