Yesterday, I had a great time with my granddaughter, Lucy. She chose to ride her horse bareback. I looked up an image of bareback riding and here is a more literal bareback rider than I had envisioned.

Crossed the bridge yet again. Stopped to video the 15min projection on the Opera house from a good vantage point. Pretty.
Eating out GF while travelling I am struggling to meet daily budget. Most days I am well under.

Exercised? Worked for 15 hours straight today and im at 14000 steps and i still need to walk my dog when i get home. Missed my training becouse i had to work extra when a colleague called in sick at the last second... Going to do some active stretching when i get home since i still have a problem performing high kicks.
Calories: havent put in anything i have done today and i still got over 500 left.
Tracked? Tracked all my calories, we will see if i take a hard cider when i get home but then i still have calories to spare.

PASS DAY!
Today was a proper cheat day - that was just TOO much beer!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Nope! A few pints over the budget!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes I did! Wow - eye opener, beer is evil!
This is Pass #2 for me. It feels terrible to have used 2 passes in the first half of the month, although I now feel determined to use no more passes for the entire month .... Let's see how I go!5 -

Calories? Yes...with some to spare, but I should use them up as I shouldn't be losing any more weight.
Tracked? Yes, it's all logged.
I find juggling calories and exercise to maintain just as difficult or more difficult than losing because one can have neither a deficit nor excess. I haven't found the perfect place to be...as it seems to change daily. I guess I just need to be mindful of both (exercise and calories) all the time.2 -

I’m having a great month so far and plans have become realities. Surprising what you can do when focused.
Do y’all remember the little pit puppy I was walking in the Spring, Mama Girl? Well, I got a call from her dad yesterday that he had to go to ER so she’s come to stay for a few days. She joined our dog walk this morning and did really well. She’s so pretty and has a lovely personality but boy do puppies have a lot of fun energy!

Just over by about 100 calories. I hate to use a pass day for a piddly amount, and not live it up. And I get nervous using my pass days so early. I usually like to save them until the end of the month as a reward.2 -
