wasted month of May....gained weight and lost training edge. Sooooo
June Goals
1. lose weight....6 lbs which is a lot but just regained weight
2. log in daily
3. no eating mindlessly( eating while reading good mystery books)
4. use rower in house or get rid of it
5 work on sugar and carbs
my swim yesterday...a little tough

Have to agree about May .
I need to get my health in order so take things slow and steady .
Try to reduce stress best thing ever my sister is bidding on a home with a possible in law apartment. My mom and dad are excited but they said they won't move for a good 2 years or so. I am okay with that.1 -
I've gained 6 pounds since March, so I finally gave in and updated my fitness profile! To lose a pound a week, it sets my calorie goal to 1270. Not sure how feasible that is! May have to use the half pound a week and set myself extra exercise/walking goals instead.1

I moved my weight too. I have made a vow to get on the scale at least 1 a week. Watching what I put in my mouth .1

I actually started the end of June in swim class and I was walking the dogs at the shelter till we hit the heat wave. So no walking it was too hot even super early and late at night. Hopefully it's broke and I can get back to it.1
