@AnnofB 5 Really Big Miles is a good one for a challenge! Two of the miles include strength training with a band. I couldn't do the upper body parts because I'm still having back and shoulder problems from the car accident, but one of the strength miles is lower body and that's what made me sore! But it's a good sore! I really enjoyed the workout.2 -
