Ok. I am totally facing up to the fact that I have been completely avoiding the scales and posting my weight (and the inevitable gain) for a month now. So, this is me climbing back on the wagon and pledging to myself that I will stop avoiding it, eat healthily and up the exercise. No excuses!
Broken my goal weight down into stages - so 10lb to go for the next goal, totally doable

I'm not 100% sure that my scale was working properly last Friday, because, on Saturday, my weight went back up to 159.8 which was much more in line with my true progress. Anyway, I'm not too disappointed with this "gain" since I've been working hard at making good choices, despite being sick with a cold. Still keeping my goal of being at a healthy BMI (145) for my husband's birthday in August.3 -

Taking the weekend at maintenance whilst I am camping and to help with my back recovery, pain is gone, but still feels a tad weak so going to stick with just yoga and walking the rest of the week and get back to rowing/running/weights next week to ensure it's fully healed up.3 -

Figured I woud gain more based on how I have been feeling wanting to eat everything in sight and our week of eating was not normal as we have had some graduation parties where I am basically guessing how much I'm eating and using generic entries in my diary.
