Exercise: 90 Minutes of MMA and 12000 steps, i always get over 10000 steps the days i work since i get about 6-7000 thousand steps at work and then i have a dog at home who usually add 5-6000 steps more. I was super sedentary before this job and my pet :P
Calories: Got over 700 left. Just like yesterday im going to keep eating a bit under too see how my weight react after all the midsummer celebration eating.
Tracked: Even added food that i havent eaten yet, but im probably going to eat it and if not, i will only be even more under which is fine for now.4 -

Monday is my early morning workout at Anytime Fitness with Emily. She seems so nice but she likes to see me suffer. I guess its working!
Exercise: 55 minutes cardio-strength. I felt really healthy this morning and my output was higher than last week

Food was not good, as I was running around all day. I didn't log any of it.
Exercise was rehab for my ankle and I CAN START JIU JITSU again!!!!!! YAY YAY YAY! I have to strap it every session, but that's fine. Warm up etc, I need to be cautious and not allowed to do too much outside of jiu jitsu to strain it (so no long walks etc). Happy day!!!!3 -

I’m down 2 pounds!!!
Calories: under 755
Exercise: burned 425 calories in Zumba (hence the number of calories under)
Tracker: yes, except I had a small piece of zucchini, lemon loaf that I didn’t know how to track (it was whole wheat and home made—I had about a 1/4” size piece.2 -

Early flight to Sydney. Lots of walking (airport - 1km from train to office - 3km lunch time - 6km dinner time).
Well under calories for the day even after having left over pavlova before leaving in the morning (desert after bacon and egg breakfast). Probably a good thing as meal selection was botched by the travel agent and in flight did not have a meal I could have (nothing GF and prefer not to have gluten if avoidable). I usually save the bulk of the meal (apple and GF cake/biscuit) for later and have the diced fruit in natural juice.
Tired early so posting this the following day.
