Yay! Thank you. Despite at least 7(!) pass days in June, I am 2 pounds down so it’s working!!
Headed out of town to a conference in Arizona for 5 days today. And two more coming up in July. What are your strategies to cope with and track conference food?5 -
So I signed up for July but I may not check in too often as I have a new mission and that is to get my friend Enos adopted. He is a choc lab/ pit bull mix he is such a good dog. We walk daily so with Enos and swim class and family I will pop in when I can.5

@RangerRickL I never got that PM you told me you sent me but i guess ill keep it up in here even if i used my sick days.
Exercise: Did 90 minutes of pure MMA/BJJ/SW sparring and it whent freaking great for once. I tried using a Gi (traditional martial arts custome) for the first time in years and did some BJJ with 2 blue belts and made them both tap(give up) and i only had to tap once in the entire 90 minute session. I also still felt relatively fresh after so i kept a decent pace. Finally starting to feel ready for the competition.
Calories: I am 1400 calories under becouse my weight shot up like hell(probably becouse of my 2500 calorie meal XD) So im going to be careful and see that my weight evens out.

Race day today. Did the best I have done to date. Ended up equal 3rd in my division which was a field of 17. Spent the rest of the day hanging out with the current Australian drone race champion (who is also current world ranked number 1).
Dinner with sister to celebrate my 50th birthday (which was today). Said it was a special day today yesterday
Still under budget even though favourite dinner, cake and favourite dessert (pavlova).
Back to Sydney tomorrow (early flight).
@RangerRickL. Thought I posted this last night, but it seems I did not hit send. So posting from the taxi on the way to the airport.

@RangerRickL thanks for the June UAC, I am signing up for July. This has helped me with daily logging and tracking. I have lost weight, but will wait til the 30th to let the group now how much as still a week to go ...3 -

We had great weather today, so I was outside on the farm most of the day.
I'll count my 90 minutes of active horseback riding as my exercise. I did lots more activity around the farm too

For breakfast we watched England trounce Panama 6-1, what a great start to the day. Exercise today was a short dog walk, after watching the match it was already 100 degrees and none of us like being out in that heat.3 -

I did get a chance to work with seals lots which I really enjoyed. Benefits of working weekends!
I also put some plans down on paper. Mostly things I already know work but I haven't been doing them properly and the scale is creeping up again.
Monday is off day for working weekend. I have rehab for my ankle (hoping for permission to start getting back to Jiu Jitsu), yoga and meal prep planned for the day.
I'm in for July but there will be at least one pass weekend! It's my 40th birthday and I love celebrating birthdays.
