Hope everyone is having a terrific Tuesday!

I just wanted to share my personal goal and what I am doing to meet it. My personal goal is to lose 50 lbs. I am doing the Keto diet and after being on that for one week I am down 4.4 lbs. Woo!

What is everyone else's goals? :)

    I have two goals. One is to replace the battery in my scale. And I will tell you what the second goal is after I am done with the first!! 😁

    My personal goal is to lose 53 lbs, but mainly I just want to feel good in my own skin again. Some definition would be awesome too! lol :wink:

    My overall goal is to lose 45 pounds. I am going to reach my goal by accomplishing smaller goals. 1-eating better and watching calories and 2-walking more (which will be a lot easier after I get my treadmill tomorrow). 🙂

    My goal is to get down to 185 pounds. I have been as low as 190 but currently 7/12 I am at 198 so I have to get on track. All of you have great goals and I will do whatever I can to support each of you.

    Well I am really behind in all of this. Not sure why. Soooooo my goal is to lose 35 pounds. I’ve lost 8 so far. I am inspired and encouraged by all of you. Thank you !
