A positive thought I had this week was: Yay! I'm down for the session.
A healthy snack/meal I chose this week was: nuts and cheese for snack
My most effective workout this week was: packing boxes.

Comments: Even though I have "lost steam" this session, I still ended up down 1.8 pounds. While I wish it was more, I'm still tracking downward. I'm trying to get back to my keto. See you all next session!

Hello ladies. I weigh myself on Monday so I’ll post then. I got away from scale numbers because I wasn’t consistent in my diet so there was no reason to get mad at an elevation when I know where it came from. I hope everyone smashes their goals!!!

    A positive thought: Zumba!
    A healthy snack/meal: Spinach/artichoke dip on ciabatta.
My most effective workout this week was: Zumba (today).

Comments: I was pretty frustrated this morning when I weighed in and prepared my post. 8 lbs up from this time last year. I’m tired of my big shape but I also can’t sit around poring over calorie deficits all day. I looked for my old Zumba DVDs but misplaced all but one following my last move. So I started working out to it again. I love the upbeat music. They even play it where I go to work on the weekends but I am not there for the workout. It always tugs at my heart then.

A positive thought I had was: I think I found the zone. While I overall only had a 3 pound loss (yay, a loss!), I was just starting my true downward trend. Looking forward to the next session!

My NSV's are: down 1.25 inches in my waist, 1.5 inches in my hips, and 1 inch in my chest!

My most effective workout this week was: Swimming

I miss Zumba so very very very much! Those days are gone for me with my knee being a mess.

@leonadixon They have new formats now, like Zumba Gold (I guess, lower impact) and Zumba Sentao (in the chair, resistance, to Zumba music, I guess). Look into that. I just love the original crew.

Comments: Hurrah! Ending this session below my goal. I’m now back where I was before I got ill (and put on 20lb). Now I’m setting myself a new goal of 130, my lightest ever adult weight from 5 years ago.

Best workout: A bike ride! Beautiful sunny day and went out with the family along the old railway line and really, really enjoyed it. Now I want a new bike though... mine is very old and one of the bits that holds the pedals on is cracked...

I’ve never been coordinated enough to do Zumba or aerobics. I’m a hazard to others. All I could do was jump around alot😄

I just got back from Austin and I was very naughty. Like ate a hotdog topped with ramen noodles and drank frozen rose with a can of regular rose on top naughty . I also went to several breweries and the last ten 10 days I've been off have been a calorie nightmare.

Effective workout: strong curves as usual

Healthy meal: all the food, again

Wow I basically immediately dropped out this time around, but I'm getting back on track!
Couldn't find the older posts so I'm not sure of my exact first few weigh-ins.
    #1: 130
    Final: 129.4

This is a bigger loss than it seems like because I fell off the wagon (not logging at all) and was up around 132~134 for a long time, and I'm finally getting back to the 130 or less range.

Will try to stay on the wagon for next set. I am feeling more motivated to begin again.

Also, finally started doing some dumbbells! They are light, but I'm weak, so it's a good match!

Haven't been walking my dog because I sent her to live with grandma for a couple weeks, but I get her back on Wednesday!

Also congratulations to all of you who were able to maintain logging and keeping up with the weigh-ins! That takes some serious willpower!

Welcome back. I think we all had a rather rough spring with injuries and illness. Most of us maintained or dropped a few. Smithsonianempress outshone us all by running consistently while managing twins. I’m just glad you’re back and ready to go for summer! 😄

A positive thought I had this week was: m. Hovering around the 133 - 132lbs Mark and I am happy with that. I really want to build muscle definition, so that is my goal for now.

A healthy snack/meal I chose this week was:
Grilled salmon and Cabbage and ginger salad.

My most effective workout this week was: weight training, I am actually starting to enjoy it, when previously I dreaded it.

I hope everyone is happy with their progress and look forward to next session to achieving your goals
