I fell off the wagon for 4th of July. We had family over for delicious food I made. Trying to get back on and get back into an exercise routine.1 -
Ms Kitty....how much of that is sodium based? I blow up like a balloon and it takes 3-4 days to go back down sometimes after a lot of salt...I really have to track mine. Try drinking a lot of water and see what happens in 2 days. Most of the food at the 4th is loaded with sodium..especially bbq, hot dogs, chips0

Hey and Welcome Karla! I have about 10 months to make the prettiest driver's license that I can too...especially since in GA we use the same license for the next 10 years. I am hoping that someone will drag me back kicking and screaming if I start to falter here

Thanks so much! Struggling with weight loss and expectation this week! Phase 2 of OMNI does t allow exercise but I’m approaching Phase 3 which does! Apprehensive of the “maintenance” portion as I’m not at my goal... but only need to stay in that Phase for 3 weeks before I start another Round of losing sooo I’m trying to stay positive! Thanks for the encouragement and support!!!
