How does WW calculate frozen food values?

Ajinomoto Yakitori chicken with Japanese-style fried rice (1-3/4 cup frozen makes 1 cup cooked) contains 8 Smart Points, according to the WW site. That sounded a little light. I added the same nutritional information under Create food, and it showed 10 Smart Points. (The nutritional information for the food on the WW site was correct.) What accounts for the difference? Are the vegetables excluded from the calculation used on the site? If so, how does WW know the amount of vegetables?

I always use the manual calculation if I have any doubt. Especially if I calculate higher. Have you asked WW if they exclude the veggies in their calculation. I'd go to the source for that kind of question.
