How many calories is in 23 points? Is there a conversion?
When I was on WW I just tracked my points which for me was 23. I never knew how many calories I was consuming? Now that I am using MFP I am not sure what the right amount of calories I should be consuming to lose weight? How do I do that with his app? Thanks
Personal Points
Hi! I just rejoined WW with the new Personal Points program. I'm liking it so far. I listened to a lot of discussions before rejoining, so when I took my quiz, I was intentional. My free foods are: chicken, beans, eggs, veggies, fruits, potatoes. Kind of a combo of blue and purple with only the foods I've chosen to…
Double tracking (WW SP and MFP calories)

Does WW simply run them through a SmartPoint calculator (e.g., https://cmx.weightwatchers.com/nui/calculator2)? Or does WW first subtract out the numbers from the zero point foods before running the calculation?
Calories VS points
I originally lost 50 lbs counting calories with a small group of friends. Then I moved to another state and started slowly gaining. Knew I had to do something so joined WW. It's been a couple years and I've lost back what I'd gained and maybe 5 lbs more, but mostly I've been maintaining at WW (tho I still have 30 to 40…
