How to do weight watchers
Any of you been a member of Sparkpeople? How are you like Fitness Pro?
When I was on WW I just tracked my points which for me was 23. I never knew how many calories I was consuming? Now that I am using MFP I am not sure what the right amount of calories I should be consuming to lose weight? How do I do that with his app? Thanks

I just started double tracking this week. I am tracking WW freestyle points and counting calories with MFP. I am worried I'm eating too many zero point foods now that chicken, eggs, and yogurt are zero. I like how with MFP I can see the nutrional make up of the food. How well does this work with WW? I see it tracks calories, which WW doesn't at all.
Hello, I am new again to WW since this last Thursday. I have let myself go and needed the structure to get myself back on track and be accountable. I do not see how we will lose weight on the new freestyle is seems so much less restrictive but sure hope it works.
How does WW calculate SmartPoints in foods with more than one ingredient that we buy at restaurants and stores? Does WW simply run them through a SmartPoint calculator (e.g., https://cmx.weightwatchers.com/nui/calculator2)? Or does WW first subtract out the numbers from the zero point foods before running the calculation?
