Today was still super hot and humid here. I went to two aquafit classes and got cooled off. I drank 150.oz of water today. My weigh in is tomorrow! Fingers crossed!0

I’m logging my weight today (a day early) I will be on the road this weekend.

A lot if not all of this is water retention because I was not on track last weekend. My personal goal is to be under 300 by the end of July.2 -
