I weighed this morning just to make sure I am on track for my Friday weigh in, and I have GAINED 2 lbs!!! I am frustrated, bc I have been eating well and extending my workouts. However, now I know where I stand and what I need to do to get it back down.1

If you've recently increased the time or intensity of your workouts the weight is likely just extra water! Hopefully it balances out in the next couple of days

I was expecting a gain but not that much. Drinks, cake and 12 hours of travel really did a number on me. Also a different scale so it could be a little off.4 -

After weigh in last week, my family wanted to celebrate my birthday the whole weekend. Weighed in Wednesday to see if I was on track, and had gained 2.0lbs! I worked my tail off to get it back off within two days. It was an eye opener for me. Not only did I get the 2 off, but also an additional .4lbs. I proved to myself that if I put my mind to it and stay determined then I can lose this weight instead of teeter tottering.5 -

Continued to hit my goal of 10,000 steps each day. Daily average was over 12,000 with yesterday being the highest—over 16,000. Scale doesn’t reflect it yet, but my clothes are loose. Looking forward to a great week. Good Luck teammates!7 -
