OMG you guys are killing it! I'm sadly averaging about 54-60 oz of water.
I find that I drink plenty throughout the day, but then stop once I get home - which is bad because I don't drink enough after my water aerobics class. #goals #drinkmorewater

@bigghunny i drink from 24oz bottles. I usually get 3 of those in before noon and then at least 2 more the rest of the day. I shoot for 3 more but some days I just can’t get it all in. The first bottle everyday I put one of those crystal light packs in with caffeine, I guess it serves as my coffee lol. I drink all that on the way to the gym then drink another whole bottle during water class then another on the way home. I pee all afternoon lol. I do that so I don’t have to get up all night Peeing. I still get up a few times anyway. This past week I’ve been drinking one 33oz bottle of flavored sparkling water. I found out yesterday that I need the sweetened one because the unsweetened is disgusting. Even sweetened it has no calories so I’m assuming it has aspartame in it or something. Before I started on mfp I didn’t drink any water, all I drank was soda. It took me a while to get to 120oz but I drink at least that everyday now.1
