    No gym today, so to get my exercise in I wrestled solo with my huge 4 man tent to see if the replacement poles were the correct size (cardio +yoga). Did a dry run of putting all the camping gear into the new Festival trolley and lugging that about (weightlifting + cardio!) and then moved the chest freezer from the dining room to the patio on my own (Weightlifting + sumo wrestling!!!!)

    Exercise: Did 1.5h jiu jiutsu with one arm since one of my hands still cant grab becouse of the dog bite. Not very surprising i got beat by pretty much everyone....

    Calories: stayed under my calories even if i ate some pastries

    Tracked: Tracked everything

    That's actually quite an effective exercise, learning to rely less on one limb pushes you to learn to use the others more. Keep at it and when you are able to use the hand again you may find you have improved in using the rest as well.
