Ok, here's the only thing I can think of as to why I'm at a standstill this week. I had oral surgery this week and I'm still on a soft food diet. Do you know how much sodium is in a can of soup? My sodium is through the roof. So water retention is all I can think of. Hopefully by this time next week I can eat again.
I'm still walking/jogging and the day after surgery, I jogged 10.1 miles. Calories are right around 1000-1100, so, sodium is what I'm going to blame it on.3 -
