    Good morning everyone. I have been away at dog shows this past week. Whew what HOT weather we had. Fortunately the shows were inside an airconditioned building so neither the dogs nor the handlers were stressed too much. Going outside for dog walks, however, was a true testament to perseverance, both for the dogs AND the humans. We did very well at the shows, with both dogs picking up several points toward their championships. I also walked my a** off, so what follows is the total of Tuesday July 3 through Sunday July 8 movement minutes (I count only those minutes during which I am at least in the cardio heart rate).

    Tuesday = 40 minutes
    Monday = 140 minutes
    Thursday = 100 minutes
    Friday = 120 minutes
    Saturday = 120 minutes
    Sunday = 60 minutes

    Grand Total for the month: 625/1250. A good week for sure. Am out to tend the garden today. Have a good one. Cathy B.

    Decided to workout to, Walk to the Hits. I forgot about that sneak last HIIT section towards the end. My Apple Watch liked it however and awarded me with a new Walking Workout Record achievement for most calories burned on an indoor walk. :)

    Came across Fit in 10 Total Body Transformation from Prevention Magazine. Tried out the 1st workout and I'm sweating in just 10 minutes. I need a bit of recovery time before I get going with Leslie.

    Now if only my Fitbit and MFP could talk to each other correctly instead of trying to show me in the red tonight for calories! :angry:

    Hi everyone,

    I've been away from this group for some time, but I want to redouble my efforts and set a 75 mile goal for the rest of the month.

    Tonight I did Walk It Off in 30 Days, 2/75 done.

    A week away from the vegetable garden meant much weeding to do.
    Monday 50 minutes gardening
    Tuesday 55 minutes gardening

    Total for July = 785/1250 Cathy B.

    So, I was looking for a thread like this and I'm so glad I found it! I just recently got back into MyFitnessPal and I love Leslie Sansone. If my body is a bit sore, I turn to Leslie to get my calorie burn on! I know it's the 11th, but I'm going to set a goal anyway because it's better to do something than nothing right?
    My goal is to walk 28 miles in total. I plan to walk 2 miles Mon-Fri.
    Happy Walking everyone! :)

    3 miles today of the 5 Day Slim Down.

    26.1/77.5

    Hazel_nuts - glad you are back.

    berardellicm6 - look at you go!

    veggiegirl - well done.

    Deeder522 - I would love to send you some rain. It's great at first, the temp drops but then the humidity becomes a weight and being outside is no fun.

    Hello @hazel_nuts!

    @berardellicm6 You can come over and work in my garden, too! My tomato plants are out of control! :lol:

    Welcome @MsShawnieJ!

    Hi @AnnofB ~ would you tell me a little about the 5 Day Slim Down? I don't have that one and no libraries around me do either. Is it comparable to any of Leslie's other DVDs?

    HI Everyone, so glad I just found this group! I just downloaded the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home App and am subscribing for $8.95/mo. so I can stream all of her workout videos and change it up from day to day. Figure it is less than a gym membership and I can do it from home when it works best for me. Since it is almost halfway through the month I am aiming for 50 miles before the end of July.
