It's Saturday! Everyone in England will be watching the World Cup Third Place Playoff. I have enjoyed learning more about the World Cup due to those of you who have been cheering for England. Thanks for broadening my knowledge of football soccer. Best wishes!

Just to note, I’m leaving this challenge. I wish everyone the absolute best but I work well with interaction and this has just felt like putting a post it note on a wall every day.
Nothing wrong with it and I’m not criticising, it’s just different strokes for different folks and I like to engage with people so this has felt a bit odd.

Super excited for Magic Kingdom tomorrow! I plan on sticking with my calorie budget. I will get plenty of walking in so that's good. Btw I like our group and challenge! It has helped me immensely. Thanks to everyone in it!5 -

Chicken pox is over. I'm hopefully back on track! Today's exercise was week 4 run 2 of c25k and hot.
Think lots of sports fans in England watched the tennis instead of the football. 3rd place match isn't one that any team wants to be in.5 -

Ok for tracking and calories but I don't feel like I got real exercise for today. Meh. I cleaned half of the stalls and did some gardening but sat around an awful lot.4

Exercised ✅ - started an hour river run water aerobics class today. It was a great workout and super fun. Can’t wait to go back next week! Also went to the mall to get extra steps in — 9,749 as of this post

Hi, i’m a former member rejoining today. I had total hip replacement surgery a couple of months ago.

@jugar and @stella7x7 I agree with Stella! As a fellow stall cleaner and barn chore worker, I'm sure you got plenty of exercise, just not as much as you usually expect yourself to do.2

3 yes today. Walked 4km in 52 minutes my best so far. Yesterday was a blah day but figured today was a new day so start fresh. I'm down 1.4lbs this week. 😁2

Due to work I had to skip open mat but got some good drills in at fundamentals. Trying to get my left backwards roll correct. I do the one over the right shoulder easily but get stuck if I have to go the other side. The rest of the day was spent indoors as much as possible. We need the rain so I shouldn't complain but it was icy cold. The only time I went outside was to help with the adorable stranded seals. They are yearlings and are so cute but too skinny so we will feed them up before we release them.
Food was good even with chocolate and all was logged.3 -
