    Eye infection now gone and only gone and hurt my back! Falling to bits haha. Pretty rubbish week both exercise- wise and eating (mum visiting and another BBQ weekend!) Hopefully get back on track this week and even more so when my back is sorted. Good luck everyone xxx

    Ok, here's the only thing I can think of as to why I'm at a standstill this week. I had oral surgery this week and I'm still on a soft food diet. Do you know how much sodium is in a can of soup? My sodium is through the roof. So water retention is all I can think of. Hopefully by this time next week I can eat again.

    I'm still walking/jogging and the day after surgery, I jogged 10.1 miles. Calories are right around 1000-1100, so, sodium is what I'm going to blame it on.
