    I got 9 hours of sleep Saturday night. That is a Woo-Hoo!!
    Today, I actively rode a horse for 120 minutes on prairie and woodland trails. It was wonderful.
    Calories: surprisingly low for me.
    Tracking: easy.

    Well I tracked and exercised but did go over a little bit. That's the second day in a row and I used a pass day on Friday. Am I still in the challenge? Plan to be extra good today!

    I have family in town so we went into Philly and played tourist. We did a couple of hours at the please touch museum so the little one could get out some energy after an 11 hr car drive yesterday. Then we took my niece and her older son to Independence Mall so he could complete the Jr Ranger Activity. It was fun and I got in a nice walk when we decided to check out Spruce Harbor Park too.

    Started out good with my usual and oats for breakfast and egg salad for lunch, then went totally overboard with chips, then french fries, then beer. I worked, but didn't exercise a lick. I feel lousy today. But ready to get back on track.

    @am_change I wear beautiful comfortable but expensive shoes. When you can stand for hours in heels and people are like OMG. I usually try to fall into a bargain. It's still a lot more than most people would pay for shoes. You only have 1 pair of feet and I don't want to be a cripple some day. I haven't found the perfect kitten heel yet. It's on my list .LOL
