Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

    Monday 16th

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No, 13 hour day at work 6am to 7pm, so dinner and hot tub to chill was all I had time for. Still did press ups & squats, etc.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    <3 NSV Day!!!

So I'm doing the c25k program at the moment (supposed to get non runners from couch to running 5km in 9 weeks). I've just completed week 4 (you "run" 3 times a week) and while it's a very slow jog at the moment on my latest very slow jog I was having to pull my shorts up every 5 seconds as they started slipping down.

Pass today. It was a work work work work work day from waking til bed and while I got some walking in, nothing to really get my heart rate going so I won't count it. Night all!

@craigo3154 Couldn't help but think of you when we were in Norway and ran across these men enjoying their sport of soaring:

Nvs: riding on the motorcycle my belly is no longer a back rest for my husband.
Didn't get to check in yesterday but both days are a triple yes for me. Probably had the most active weekend I had in years. Feeling grateful and happy

    Congratulations on all your NSV’s!!!
Mine: I have a waist (!), increased energy, low blood pressure, more stamina & fitness, smaller shoes (!), fit into some “thin clothes” I never thought I would again, & my favorite: walking & hiking & Pilates are FUN now!! I truly enjoy them!!

    Yes for all 3!
It feels good to have your clothes fit better and to have more energy but mostly not to rely of food so much for comfort

Oops, accidentally posted this on wrong day.
    Pass day 1
Started out good with my usual and oats for breakfast and egg salad for lunch, then went totally overboard with chips, then french fries, then beer. I worked, but didn't exercise a lick. I feel lousy. But ready to get back on track.

Non-scale victory for me is that I've been lifting weights for two years now, and I'm really strong. For me, that is.
