This week is shark week so ate a few days at maintenance or just below to counter cravings, also had pizza Monday night as my planned dinner hadn't defrosted in time and I didn't have the willpower/time to come up with an alternative meal lol. Not worried about the gain, have rejigged my calories and disconnected my tracker again to give me a bit more wiggle room, it's a psychological thing as much as anything else, but seems to work when I do it.2 -

Whew! What a week! I'm weighing in early because, I'll be out of town this weekend (leaving tonight). Glad I've picked myself back up, and am back on track to reach my goals. Hoping I don't do too much damage, while on vacation. But, if I do, I'll just keep plugging away.3 -

Just wow! And not that I'm to brush away my loss but I think my scales must have been playing up as I've been getting multiple readings for the last few weeks. But I quadruple tested this weeks with a 12kg kettlebell before I stood on it each time as I couldn't believe I've lost over 4lb this week!
Goal #1 is looking very close!

After a long absence I’m back to it. Up 9lbs since I last recorded my weight- back in February. This time i’m doing the 5:2 thing - going well so far but know my issue is sticking with things. I’m working on building 5:2 into my life for ever..
