    Hubub and I went creeking today for something different to do. I'm counting it as my exercise in balance and coordination for us old timers. It was also more than 20 minutes. Here are some images of things from our "walk on water" including fishies, crayfish, deer and dragonfly.

    We have 2 grandchildren with us tonight and 2 more arrive tomorrow. I'll probably get lots of weekend exercise on the farm trying to keep up with those kids.

    Exercise: raining so I just did a treadmill walk

    On vacation. Committed to exercise. Fortunately for us we are staying with family members that have the same fitness goals and eating goals as we do. My husband has been doing weights so we joined the local gym for the month we will be here. He bought a nice weight set for home and has been doing it for a bout 3 months. So happy he is keeping it up.

    I hit my lowest weight since high school today. I wasn’t expecting it, and it was thrilling.

    Went to spin class with a friend. Exercise so much better with friend when you motivation lagging.
    Calories no- just over. Shared ice cream with my daughter. She was delighted to not eat alone. Worth it.
