We are wonderfully busy this weekend. For the first time, we have all 4 grandchildren with us for 2 full days. They range from 12 to 9. ( 3 girls and one boy)
The weather has cooperated so that we can be outside roasting hot dogs and s'mores over the campfire. The kids know the farm and they actively enjoy it.
Tomorrow, they plan to throw us, the grandparents, a barn party. They have tables and board games set up in the old hay loft. It will be fun.

Had a good weekend. Stuck to the plan and started a new workout series which is much harder but I think it will make me much stronger.

A quiet day - spent a lot of time with my 94 year old mother in law. She is a riot. Tracked all but went over and didn't get any really vigorous exercise.3

Was supposed to have rain all day but actually had some some in the morning. Was able to sit in a sunbeam and work on school stuff. Off to the Philadelphia Trauma Conference for the next few days. Making sure to pack some healthy snacks. I attended last year and it was an excellent conference and now I know to plan for some serious self care afterwards!2 -
