What is the max calories per one meal a day?

    It is recommended to keep your calories at around 1200, but the idea is to not count calories.

    I like this idea, but find I get full and end up eating 850 to 1,000 calories. I have lost 9.4 lbs. in two weeks. Just starting the third week.
