Beautiful night tonight after days of rain. Took advantage of it with a picnic in a pop up park that had a live music performance. A much needed fun night with friends.4 -

At last a really good day for exercise. I delayed breakfast until after exercise and that helped a lot. Did 30 minutes bike intervals, 30 minutes strength, and a fast walk for an hour with a friend. Earned 2 showers in this muggy weather!3 -

This is one of my long days of work due to giving an evening public workshop.

Tracking: yes, that is what is keeping me from eating more after my speech
Exercise: 25 minutes of intentional walking. (very fatigued from the big workout yesterday)3 -

Walked the dog, shopped and walked after dinner with husband. We walked for almost 30 minutes was hard not to run ahead. I love to walk really fast. Gets the Ticker going. He sees no necessity in it. Super glad I could talk him into it this evening.

@RangerRickL I think it is a good idea to have a challenge of logging everyday. I however will probably never be able to log in here everyday. Just saying...
guess that's what makes it a challenge then... right?
