I'm away on holiday from Wednesday morning, gonna try and weigh in before I go, see how bad my birthday damage was, but flight is boarding at 6:30am so depends how alive I am. Keep kicking *kitten* everyone and I'll be back in full swing next week, I've set up the next month's worth of weigh in threads.4

Finally lost a stone!! Very happy. Just need to work on the food side of things a bit more, unhealthy snacks are creeping in a bit too much lately (mainly when I'm tired or been running, rungry is a real thing!) Good luck everyone xxx

Brilliant. A 4lbs loss. I’ll take that. I’m not finding the 5:2 fast diet thing too bad. Only properly focusing on what am I eating 2 days a week (500 calories though) and just trying to be a little careful on the other days. Early days though.2 -

I lost 3.8 pounds this week. I started jornaling again and I'm finding this helpful. My low weight was 205 just 2 months ago. I was nearly to the half way mark. I'll get back there plus some. I start vacation this Monday coming up. The first week is a "stay-cation" packed with the water park. My son loves the lazy river. Then the 2nd week I will probably be going to Nashville; it all depends on my court date to get permission to travel with my child (my ex is a nightmare). I will take meals and snacks with me to the water park so as not to buy crap they sell there. Not so sure about TN though.2 -

Really struggled this week. I felt like I couldn't stop eating and I was tired all the time. Trying not to beat myself up and am hoping I got it out of my system this week and can move on.4 -
