    Today was a very high activity day for me. Started with 60 minutes of cardio/strength intervals with a trainer.
    Calories: way under my limit

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES ✅ - 40 minute swim + 25 mins seated kickboxing :lol:
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES ✅ - yes, had to restrict my dinner AGAIN!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES ✅ - including popcorn! AGAIN!

    (Went to the movies AGAIN!)

    @RangerRick and @Victorious55,I love the every day circle idea! I think there's room for two circles at the end.

    -UAC Winner's Circle (for exercise, calorie limits and logging)
    -UAC Everyday Circle (for posting everyday)

    But I'm happy with whatever the group decides. I don't want RangerRick to have to do more work.
