    Exercised and tracked everything. Probably over calories since we went out to dinner — shrimp fajitas without tortillas but ate my share of chips and salsa. No regrets though!

    Had pizza for dinner, and was under my calorie goal by the skin of my teeth. Lots of walking and stair climbing for exercise.
