You are responsible to tell me if you believe you will be in the Winner's Circle. I'm not running a daily Excel spreadsheet.
Several of you have already stated that you believe you will be in the Winner's Circle. It will help you stick to good habits if you declare early and then I will check back with you before the end of the month.
Who plans to be in the July Winner's Circle. I want to know and Dr. Who wants to know too!3 -

Love the image, brought a smile to start my day...we had a sign over the kitchen sink at our law firm that said "Your mother doesn't work here!"
I will NOT be in the Winner's Circle due to travel this month. Perhaps in August. Traveling for last week in September and first 3 weeks in October for a fall road trip, as well...so hope y'all don't mind if I pop in and out of UAC as schedule permits.2 -

I believe I am in the winners circle Ive been bad *kitten* this month . i even remembered to put in the date all the time.

We had a perfect weather day and I was off work.
I rode an interesting horse for 2 hours in the prairie park. I am a volunteer park steward on an undeveloped prairie park that is located 2000 feet west of my farm. It was beautiful out there today.

Walked around an old historic town where I am visiting. Took a long walk/ jog to do some interval training before dark. Felt especially good because my energy level has been low the past 3 days.

I have had 3 pass days but do not see a problem making the winners circle this month. This in spite of grieving the loss of my sister, traveling cross country and being with a relative the past 2 weeks. The good thing is I have been doing most of the cooking and are being very careful eating out...I think this month is going to be a big Win after all.

My workout parter ripped his bicep tendon, so I went to the gym alone for the first time. I was nervous because we do free weights, and except for the rare occasion, it's all men. And it was fine, everybody was working hard, minding their own business. I did squats, deads, and overheads.3 -
