Yes 3x. 30 min bike.6 -
I'm back!!!!! Had an awesome week celebrating 4 decades which involved lots of jiu jitsu, much time with friends, far too much delicious cake and various other unhealthy food choices.
Back to work and on track today. Need to drop a couple of kgs for competition on 11 August. I have confirmed that I will have at least, possibly 2 people in my division so this time its on!!!! Just gotta work on the mental side of my prep now.
Today started at gym with 30 minutes of intervals on the assualt bike. After work some rehab and yoga. Oh and core. Coach has identified my lack of core strength in specific moves as my current problem area so I need to work on that every day... Knowing it will help with some of the moves i struggle with is a big motivation for me.
Not a winner this month, but aiming for that circle in August!!!!!!!!!!!!10 -

Super excited to be ending the month having reached all of my goals thanks to the UAC!
- Exercise 20 minutes every day (30/30 days)
- Stay under calorie allowance (and fat grams) (27/30 days)
- Track everything (30/30 days)
- Walk 8,000+ steps every day (30/30 days - average for the month was 11,176)
- Close all activity rings on my Apple Watch (28/30 days). I probably would have hit 30/30 but I didn’t decide to make this a goal until day #3
What I loved about this challenge is that I didn’t obsess about the scale at all (even tho I have to weigh myself daily for the research study I’m in). I focused on my mini goals and the added bonus was losing weight. Excited to start August UAC. Upping my step goal to 10,000+/daily and striving to close all those activiorings every day.
Thanks @RangerRickL for your selfless leadership and time and to everyone that participated in this month’s challenge!!

Pass Day #2 (to be on safe side)
I think my inexplicable weight gain took the wind out of my sails. I will do better tomorrow.
Exercise: not sure...error on my part overstated active energy...which I then deleted ...but that understated it. I gave up trying to figure it out.
Calories: can’t tell since my calorie goal depends on my calories burned, which I’m not sure of, but I think I’m over by 100-300 calories.
Tracked: yes all4 -
No Winners Circle for me. Congrats to all who made it! Inspiring !!!
July 28

Keep at it! It’s probably something as simple as water. Plus we all move up and down it’s the general trend. Your commitment has been inspiring- keep it up!
